TERMS OF SERVICE

This website is operated by Teniade Macaulay (Pty), an online company in the manufacturing and retail industry that produces and sells women’s ready-to-wear clothing. Teniade Macaulay (Pty) offers this website, including all information, tools, and services, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.


DELIVERY POLICY Terms and Conditions

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, all national orders will be shipped to your door at a rate between R150-R200, depending on the distance. Additionally, we use The Courier Guy as our trusted delivery partner.

  • In-Stock Items: These will be processed for delivery within 5–7 working days.
  • Pre-Order Items: These will be processed within 10–15 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing the shipping details and a tracking number. However, please note that the online tracking system may take up to 12 hours to update after the parcel is scanned.

If, for any reason, we are unable to meet customer demand, you will be notified of extended delivery periods. Moreover, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes; a physical address is required to fulfill your order.

RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY Terms and Conditions

The provision of goods and services by Teniade Macaulay (Pty) is subject to availability. In cases where an item becomes unavailable, we will refund the client in full within 30 days. Additionally, if you cancel an order, a 10% administration fee will apply.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please do not use it. Contact us within 72 hours of discovering the fault by visiting our Contact Us page or emailing us at info@teniademacaulay.com. Then, please ensure the item is returned with its original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the fault. Once confirmed, we will either issue a full refund or provide a replacement, depending on your preference.


Refunds Terms and Conditions:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the item has been inspected. Furthermore, the refund will be issued via the original payment method. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges Terms and Conditions:

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it with the same item. To arrange an exchange, please contact our customer service team.

Non-returnable items Terms and Conditions:

Certain items, such as sale items, custom-made orders, and undergarments, are not eligible for returns or refunds unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item, unless the return is due to our error. In addition, for items valued at over R1000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
